We want you to love your Mo Ti De Ile purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
   
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
   

• Candles must be unlit and unopened.
   
• Packaging and accessories (heritage card, box, etc.) must be intact.
   
• Used, burned, or damaged products (unless they arrived damaged) cannot be returned.
   

• Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
   
  • Wrong item received
     
  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival
     
  • Order error on our part
     

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@motideile.com with your order number and reason for return.
   
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
   

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
   
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
